Valentines’ Day in 2012 – at Café’ Acacia

One of the first real fun outside broadcasts of LM Radio occurred on Valentines’ Day in 2012 – at Café’ Acacia, next to Hotel Cardoso, who kindly housed the wacky LM on-air inmates.

A beautiful Saturday, filled with laughter, terrific pastries, jovial fans and searing heat…..until one of the most frightening thunderstorms had all, especially shell-shocked Tinky Pringle, running for the bunker. Next day was calm and clear, perfect for a sailing stint around Maputo bay.
